Sharron has had a passion for growing flowers from a young age and completed a Floriculture apprenticeship in New Zealand after High school. She gained valuable experience working in some of
New Zealand’s most reputable growers managing pack houses overseeing the quality control of both local and export product and spent 6 months in the Netherlands working at a Rose nursery. Sharron expanded her industry experience working at Auckland Flower Auctions and a busy Flower Wholesaler buying from the auction floor and packing out to customers.
Sharron has a ‘can do’ approach and takes pride in organising an efficient work-space, striving towards having customers’ orders fulfilled with a high standard of product.

Caroline is the newest member to join Petal Peddlers team. Her career began in 1989 working in florist shops throughout Brisbane, over 21 years ago she made the move to the wholesale side of the industry. Which has increased her wealth of knowledge in the flower and wedding industry. As a salesperson Caroline works hard to provide great customer service and will go the extra mile by doing anything she can to find what her customers need. After completing a degree in Horticulture and Floral Design in the Netherlands I began an international career in the Flower Industry, working abroad as a Floral Designer and later with flower wholesale companies. My experience covers countries such as America, Canada, Switzerland, England and Greece. Several years later I discovered Australia and my Australian Bride. Since 1993 we have happily made Brisbane the home for our family and the base for “Petal Peddlers”. My wife Melanie had a career of over a decade in the legal world and now enjoys her commitment to managing the administration side of our Petal Peddlers business. Lachlan joined Petal Peddlers in 2003 and continues to be an invaluable member of our Customer Service Team. As well as heading up our sales department, Lachlan is an experienced buyer. Lachlan came to us with great skills and experience from a career in the Service and Hospitality Industry which included several years in Senior Management with the Hilton Hotel Group. He is passionate about horticulture and has also acheived a certificate 2 in Floristry with the view to offering an even higher level of service and understanding to our Florist customers.
